My Role: Operations

Phil started his work life doing work experience at a Co-op and then worked full-time at a DIY store serving customers. This work experience made him one of our most valuable assets and he is one of Wilsons most long-standing employees. His working values are reliability, honesty, and passion for making and taking Wilsons to the next level.

Phil loves to make people happy, and his best joke is
'Will you remember me in a day's time, a week's time, and a month's time?’

His hobbies include traveling and sightseeing around the UK and train spotting, especially steam trains and visiting railway centres. Other than train spotting, Phil is happiest looking after his mum or eating his favourite cereal, Weetabix.
