Delivery & Returns Information
DELIVERIES & CARRIAGE CHARGES
We aim to despatch all orders placed before 1pm same day, for next day delivery*.
Parcel and orders are sent on overnight carrier services for delivery the next working day in Mainland UK. Larger pallet orders are sent on an overnight service, however they can take 1-2 days to arrive. If you need a delivery for a particular day please speak with the team and they will do their best to organise this for you.
Scottish Highlands, Offshore Islands and Ireland, orders will be despatched same day if ordered before 1pm, but please expect longer delivery times due to geographical limitations.
We use external couriers and although 99% of deliveries are next day, there is the odd occasion that there are delays that are caused by circumstances outside of our control such as carrier service failure. We will of course chase through any delays for you and keep you updated with any progress.
If deliveries require booking in, please request this at time of ordering. *working days Mon-Fri.

SIGNING FOR DELIVERIES
Damaged deliveries must be signed for as ‘damaged’. Signatures endorsed ‘unexamined’ or ‘unchecked’ are not acceptable and cannot be accepted by the carriers as a basis of a claim. Where a part delivery has been signed for as complete we cannot accept responsibility for missing goods.
GOODS LOST/DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Damage, loss of content or short delivery must be reported to us within three days of delivery of the consignment. We must be notified of non-delivery of consignment within seven days of receipt of invoice. Telephone notification must be confirmed in writing. We will refund or replace (as we will agree when reported) damaged goods.
BACK ORDERS
We do not send on back orders. Please re-order goods that are out of stock.
RETURNS
Should you wish to return items that are not faulty, please contact the customer service team to arrange this and discuss the options available. We must be notified within 14 days of receipt of goods. Returns are at your own expense and a handling charge will apply. All goods must be returned in a resaleable condition in their original outer packaging, no price marks or additional labels, broken packaging etc. Any items not in a saleable condition will not be credited, this includes damaged, soiled or out of date products.
Our parcel carriers are not able to accept the return of goods, it is your responsibility to arrange returns.
Please ensure they are packaged securely to avoid damage. The goods are the responsibility of the customer while being returned, we can only refund goods received at our warehouse within 14 days of agreement. Goods deemed unsuitable for resale will not be refunded.
FAULTY ITEMS
In the event that an item is faulty, we will exchange the item or provide you with a credit against your account. We do not ordinarily collect broken / damaged items and will request that these are disposed of - however if we need to collect the items, we will organise a courier to collect. We reserve the right to inspect all faulty goods prior to agreeing to any full or part refund.
UNWANTED GOODS AND ORDERED IN ERROR
We may, at our discretion, allow you to return goods you do not want or have ordered in error. They must be returned, only following prior agreement, at your expense and by your arrangement. Any refund is subject to a handling charge. Goods must be in their original unopened, unmarked outer packaging with no price marks or additional labels attached. Goods deemed unsuitable for resale will not be refunded; this includes damaged, soiled or out of date packaging.
