My Role: Director

Other than a few months working in a factory making windows, Ivan has spent his whole working life at Wilsons. He knows the business inside-out and is currently Managing Director, taking overall responsibility for the business, as well as overseeing Finance & HR. One of his working values is accuracy. He believes that you should 'Do it once, do it right, do it well!'

Outside of work he spends time with his wife and four daughters, enjoying many family activities such as entertaining friends, the outdoors life like a walk by the sea, a paddle down the river, or exploring new places in the interesting country we live in!

If Ivan could only eat one meal for the rest of his life it would be chicken kebabs as they are healthy, tasty, filling and always slightly different and his favourite cereal is Frosties - but not gone soggy!
