This guarantee is solely for the bracket of the broom and does not cover the handle or broom head. It applies to defects in materials or workmanship of the bracket only. It does not cover damage caused by misuse. The guarantee is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
To claim the guarantee, you must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase showing the date and place of purchase. It applies to products purchased directly from us or our authorised retailers.
Exclusions may apply in cases of misuse, abuse, or alterations to the product.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. We reserve the right to amend or discontinue this guarantee at any time without prior notice.
